About Us
Our History
EZ Dancing is a place where people from all walks of life come to learn how to ballroom dance. We opened up for business in 2009 in Kansas City. Our mission is to teach you how to dance in a fun, supportive, relaxed, and creative atmosphere that complements your learning potential. Some people have events that they are getting ready for; others just want to learn how to dance and want to try as many dances as possible.
Here at EZ Dancing, we teach our students by focusing on their learning style. We identify the student's style of learning and we cater to that style to facilitate, encourage, and allow the student to excel at his/her own timing.
Edgar Diaz has been teaching professionally in Kansas City since 2006 and holds a bachelors degree in business administration and finance from UMKC. As an instructor, he works hard to help his students become the best dancers they can be! He has been dancing since he was four, and has trained extensively all around the world.
After over 18 years of professionally teaching people how to dance, he has seen people’s lives transformed through dancing. Some people just work on their wedding dance, some people are wanting to get ready for a cruise, and others just want to learn how to dance; because that is something that they have been wanting to do for as long as they can remember. As he puts it, "When I meet a new student, I always wonder how his/her life is going to change because of their desire to learn how to dance."

Dance Lessons' Pricing
Lessons
We provide adult dance classes in private and group settings. We teach a wide variety of dances such as: Ballroom, Latin, and Swing; which include, Tango, Waltz, Foxtrot, Salsa, Rumba, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Night Club Two Step, and many more.
Private Lessons
$75
Our private lessons range from 45 to 60 minutes for adult dance classes.
As a result, our price ranges from $39 to $52 accordingly for one or two people when lessons are purchased online. Click here to see our pricing per lesson and per package with a discount already applied when auto pay is applied .
Group Classes

Wedding Lessons
Our wedding lessons vary based on how many people are involved. However, if it is only for two people, our pricing would be the same as private lessons at our studio in Blue Springs.
